Check out the Theodore Society blog at blog.theodoresociety.org, where Beth Phillips, a passionate teddy bear collector and writer for Teddy Bear Review, shares bears news, display tips and other teddy bear thoughts!

The Theodore Society is a home for teddy bear lovers.
It’s a place for those who understand the unique joy and goodwill only teddies exude. Artists, collectors, manufacturers, industry notables and you can join in the worldwide “hug” this very special club creates.

As the story goes, the teddy bear’s namesake, Theodore Roosevelt, chose to save a bear on a hunting trip more than 100 years ago. Theodore Society members share this love and good will demonstrated by Theodore Roosevelt and naturally generated by a close association to the teddy bear.

Through get-togethers, e-mail, message boards and various charitable opportunities, Society members are regular goodwill ambassadors. To thank members for their dedication to the promotion and preservation of the teddy bear, the Theodore Society and its Industry Allies offer benefits only available to this select group.
